Yurakuen

Yurakuen is Japanese fine dining restaurant situated in Diamond Hotel Manila. Smiling waitresses in traditional Japanese kimonos greet guests at the entrance of this grand and spacious restaurant where you can enjoy a good view of the Manila Bay sunset from the windows spanning to its high ceilings.

Chef Sekiyama's expertise is evidenced in the way the dishes are prepared. For starters, try the nama uni (sea urchin), sake (salmon) sashimi, special sashimi moriawase and the nigiri sushi which are undeniably fresh and pleasing to both the eye and the palate.
