Melo's

Melo’s hard-edge minimalist design, combined with natural elements, gives it a contemporary yet warm and relaxing atmosphere. The menu is straightforward with a few selections each of appetisers, salads, seafood and pastas giving focus to the pièce de résistance of Angus beef and Wagyu steaks that are categorised by grade and cut. While deciding on what cut and grade to order, awaken your taste buds with Rockefeller oysters that are baked with hollandaise sauce, or a lighter yet equally appetising Waldorf salad with duck breast. Steaks come with the soup of the day, a siding of buttered vegetables and a choice of sauce.

Here’s a tip: ask your server for toasted fats or Angus or Wagyu rice to complete your meal. Another great dish is the grilled lamb chops in cranberry mint sauce, cooked to perfection without a hint of gamey taste. End the meal with the decadent chocollata (moist chocolate cake layered with ganache topped with black and white chocolate glass) or frasier (almond genoise layered with pistachio mousseline topped with strawberries and Italian meringue) from the Sweet Bella dessert bar. A variety of red wines from select regions are available by the bottle.
