The Gelatissimo Group launched the Gelatissimo Retail Chain in September 2002 with great success. It is now has over 30 stores being a combination of national and international outlets, including a mix of company-owned and franchised stores.


The group is finalising major franchise deals overseas and already have stores operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, with more to come in the future.

It serves authentic Italian gelato, gelato shakes, it’s signature Bambino cones and quintessentially Italian sundaes to the delight of customers young and old.


Gelatissimo’s new product lines includeItalian coffee, traditional Italian biscotti, light meals and chocolates made in Australia with Italian heart. It is also known for its signature affogato (espresso with a scoop of vanilla gelato).
