Fleur de Lys

Fleur de Lys Patisserie is a six year old cake shop owned by pastry chef Jackie Ang Po. Her desserts introduced some flair to the usual classic cake and cookie favorites at the Trinoma Dessert Haven, where her cakes made themselves known with whimsical name introductions such as Dulce & Gabanana (a banana and dulce de leche tart, P95 / mini tart), Fountain of Youth (a chocolate cheesecake with fudge icing, P90 / slice), and her best-selling The Next Best Thing (a warm chocolate cake filled with caramel and served with vanilla ice-cream, P108).

One of their best sellers is their Dulce & Gabanana and the seasonal Strawberry Pie with a chocolate filling, baked in a butter crust flanked by spirals of whipped cream.

 

They also serve savory dishes such as sandwiches and soups as well as drinks from coffee to fruit shakes.
