Burnham Hotel
The Burnham Hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Baguio; although it is a well-maintained building. It is the first hotel and certainly one of the oldest hotels in the city. Visiting the hotel, you will walk into fine solid wood interiors and a totally warm and inviting ambiance. You will certainly feel right at home. The hotel is known for its reasonably priced accommodations which is perfect for backpackers or vacationers who are on steep budget. The hotel is also perfect for people who are on their honeymoon or families taking a vacation.
Burnham Hotel has its own in-house restaurant where you would find delectable Filipino and Chinese dishes at affordable prices. This restaurant is open from 7 in the morning to 9 in the evening. This is perfect for people who would prefer not to go out of the hotel for a quick bite. The hotel staffs are accommodating and friendly. The hotel also offers free wireless hotspot, so you could surf the Internet for as long as you want.
The hotel rooms are quite sparse and basic in appearance and necessity. If oyu are looking for five-star accomdations, this is not the place to be. It is a family-style kind of establishment. Most rooms are equipped only with fans and this may not sit well with some people. However, it is quite easy to book a room at Burnham Hotel. In fact, you can book your room while you are en-route on your car or bus to Baguio. If you don't have cash, you can always use your credit card.
