Bizu Patisserie

What started out as a dream to bring authentic French pastries and European breads, turned out to be a reality when BIZU Patisserie was born. It began as a single kiosk/café in Glorietta 4, Makati in 2001 serving all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner to their customers.

But aside from their entrees, what Bizu has really been known for is their dessert – their pastries, cakes, pralines, and truffles that offer a harmony of flavors and textures. Their Filipino chefs patiently mastered the French art of baking and pastry-making to bring these sweet treats to us.

One of their specialties that patrons and first-time customers really rave about is their Macaron de Paris. These colorful pastries are soft and chewy; it’s hard to just have one. You can choose from their several flavors available and pair them with your favorite tea – just like in Paris.
